Each scan is active for 12 months from the date you publish it. During this period, you can collect unlimited responses. After 12 months, the scan becomes read-only — existing results remain accessible, but no new responses are accepted. You can renew to keep it active.
Expired scans become read-only. All your existing responses, scores, and talking points remain accessible. You can still export PDF reports. The only change is that new responses are no longer accepted. Renew the scan to reactivate it for another 12 months.
